IF YOU WANT TO LIVE HAPPY: LIVE HIDDEN

That doesn’t mean to be no one or do nothing by the way. In fact, quite the opposite. It means never wanting attention. Never seeking it. Never needing or caring for validation. It means having more concerns of your own over other people and things. Not that you don’t care about people but that you have more important priorities to attend to within the self. Never needing or relying on externals. It means devoting your life to a cause. Work that you find meaningful that never ceases to be enjoyable and you desire spending all of your time to be with.

When it’s midnight every weekend, and all you want is to keep researching, reading, learning, trying to achieve and be more, with your mind, and life, a lot of people have a problem with things like that when they’re just sitting at home watching TV. Because you reflect back what’s missing in their lives: something to be excited about.

I knew people in the past who I had to throw away for this purpose who used to make fun of me for being this way. And do you know what they do with their Saturday nights? Not much. And do you know what has changed in their lives in the past 10-years? Not much. Still the same boring people doing the same boring things still having the same boring school playground gossipy conversations. Nothing intellectually stimulating. Their lives ultimately lead then to nothing. Still at home sitting on their phone, because they have no goals. And this creates a kind of inner resentment towards you. But the problem they have has nothing to do with you at all. The problem they have is they have no interesting problems worthy to solve. They haven’t got a life. And rather than do the work on why they live ill, they mock, tease and laugh at you for making this progress with yourself.

But the laughter stops the moment you surpass them in intelligence. They never believed you would get so far.

So anyone who ever laughs at you is doing so out of a problem that stems deep from within themselves. For if this were not true, being bored and having nothing better to do than sit around skimming and scrolling on their phone, not trying to make a better use of their loneliness, they would have instead a life and therefore wouldn’t have the time, nor interest, to make fun of anyone. You can be sure then the reason why people act and behave in this ill manner is because they haven’t got an interesting life and yours is far more interesting, more exciting.

That annoys people.

For if one who is always interested can always be alone yet never experience feeling lonely, this is the true joy. Talking is distraction. A mind that needs focus taken away from its task causes anxiety more than its opposite.

There is nothing more stimulating to the mind than having many intellectually engaging interests and goals that occupy all of your time and life. Always be academically inclined for its own sake. That is its own reward.

Keep on annoying them by always remaining at your task. Keep reminding them of that inner emptiness. You must show a lack of empathy as they showed towards you on your rise up. These people [who act that way] don’t have goals, and so they don’t know their purpose, and therefore have no point to their existence. They wake up each day, go to a job, go home. That’s it. How boring. People who have time to make fun of you are actually openly unconsciously projecting how much is lacking. So when anyone who makes fun of you, it’s a sign of you how much you are better than them.

Continue to surpass them.

If you want to live a happy life, tie it to a goal, not to people or things.
– ALBERT EINSTEIN.

And if they don’t have those goals, well, let them enjoy their shit life. And just you keep on rising early to your many goals for the every day ahead.

The solution is easy. But not for them. So be happy then they’ll never find it. They will forever be stuck in boredom. And while you always stay stuck in flow, watch who finishes on top.

The most important gift I ever gave to myself was the gift of articulation. Make sure you give it to yourself too. Then you may laugh at all the goalless people. It took 10-years to achieve it through non-stop continuous efforts. It is the best gift I’ve ever received. And now it is a gift that keeps giving. You will never be bored. Your life will always be fun. And it becomes most fun when always engaged, doing hard things in all of your free time, all of the time.

Stay in this habit and there is no telling the intellectual heights you will climb to. Don’t work because you have to. Earn, because you must. But work, because it’s fun to. Work, because you have a mind. Work, because it is a gift to have the ability to do so. Work, to increase your best.

Work hard, for flow.
